Stevens Joins Recruiting Team

Upstate professional Matt Stevens has joined the recruiting team at Marketplace Staffing, one of the Upstate’s largest and fastest-growing staffing and human capital solutions firms.

A native of Nashville, Tennessee, Mr. Stevens joins Marketplace after serving as head of recruiting for a specialty manufacturer and as a district manager for a property management company.

“Matt brings an outstanding work ethic, strong experience in recruiting and interviewing, is an outstanding communicator, and offers a deep understanding of how to help Marketplace Staffing customers grow their organizations by identifying the best available talent to advance their business,” noted Ray Lattimore, president and CEO of Marketplace Staffing.

A graduate of Bob Jones University with a B.S. degree in Business Management, Mr. Stevens is active with numerous organizations including the Greater Greenville Chamber of Commerce and the Bob Jones University Alumni Association.

As part of his Marketplace responsibilities, Mr. Stevens will oversee interviewing, testing and recruiting for new and existing clients across the Carolinas.  He will largely focus his time on the talent needs of businesses and organizations in Upstate South Carolina, working from the organization’s Greenville headquarters.
